STANDARD TERMS FOR I AM TRIBUTE ACTS
A on site contact must be provided to I Am Tribute acts 7 days prior to performance date.
The hirer is responsible for providing suitable back line, sound, lighting and staging for the event unless agreed and quoted as part of the package price and clearly be stated on the invoice.
Hot meals and refreshments must be provided for all artistes, as well as a private and comfortable green room and parking.
For international bookings 4*+ accommodation, flights, transfers and 3 hot meals per day must be provided for all performers and management.
In the event that the artiste is unable to perform through illness or any other eventuality I Am Tribute Acts reserves the right to cancel at any time or provide a cover artiste of similar quality in replacement of the artiste originally booked. In such circumstances the hirer will be notified at the earliest opportunity.
If the booking is cancelled the hirer shall there upon have the right to cancel this agreement and no fees or expenses shall be payable to I AM Tribute Acts and any deposits will be returned within 30 days. I Am Tribute Acts or the artiste accept no liability for a cancellation of a booking and any potential losses are solely at the risk of the hirer.
In the event that the hirer wishes to cancel 50% of the total fee will be required if the cancellation is outside of one month before the event date. If the cancellation is within one month the full amount of the total fee will be payable.
